Remote Tax Associate

Overview Intuit is looking for Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN, we want to connect with you! What you'll bring: Minimum of 2 years' paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Passionate about helping clients with taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting and empowering customers to prepare their taxes. Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools. What You Need: Related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds and an active PTIN. Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. How you will lead: Assist customers with completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language. Virtual, customer-facing role using state of the art video communication software and documentation of interactions to maintain accurate records.
