Senior accountant

We are partnering with a Commercial Real Estate and Property Management Company located north of Boston that is seeking a qualified candidate with two plus years of industry accounting experience for a full-time position and Yardi software experience. If qualified and interested please apply below. salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Handling financial transactions from day-to-day and month-end close activities. Maintaining various company financial records, including A/R, A/P, and monthly reconciliations. Assisting with annual audit and taxes (i.e. corporate, income, sales, and property taxes). Creating, maintaining, and presenting data-intensive reports Representing the finance team as one of the go-to team members for customer agreements, including external communication with customers. Advising Controller and CFO on various financial and business matters. Assisting with special, ad-hoc projects as necessary.
