The Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Analytics & Improvement leads a team of capable employees to support end-to-end supply chain analysis and process improvement. This role involves developing data analytical capabilities to understand trends and test narratives, creating Master Data Management elements to capture and segment data into actionable information, and leading Continuous Improvement concepts across planning, purchasing, warehouse/logistics, master data, and systems work streams to decrease ideation-to-result cycle times. The incumbent is also responsible for creating and managing network KPI reporting and score carding to departmental goals and performance, as well as assisting with supply chain budgeting and forecasting. The role: Develop and lead a team of analysts to establish, maintain and analyze divisional data to model alternatives proposing best outcomes within initiatives and supply practices. Analyze current outcomes in order to clearly understand opportunities of improvement across the supply side functionalities. Assist in and support the long-term planning, strategy and business change management processes across the Supply Chain function Lead / drive complex multisite cross-functional initiatives through change management in pursuit of our world class vision Analyze data extracts from varied systems and data bases within current and future scaled business tools and systems to solve problem s and propose solutions. Assist in prioritizing initiatives to meet divisional goals through defining benefits, and specific improvement steps, milestones and lead times. Leverage Lean and Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement concepts and techniques to guide teams through focused improvement initiatives (Standard Deviation Work, Process Mapping, Value stream analysis, Waste Identification, etc.) Create "Plan vs Actual" tracking of key milestones and data points throughout our processes reporting outcomes and suggesting focused prioritized improvements. Assist in budgeting and forecasting of rolled up multi-site supply chain operations The candidate: 5-8 years Master Data Management and Supply Chain experience in Medical Products Pharma/ Biotech Industry experienced required Bachelor's Degree in related field required. MBA or M.S. in related field preferred Strong background in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and LEAN principles. LSSBB or LSSMBB highly preferred Excellent presentation and communication skills JD Edwards experience a plus The anticipated salary range for this position in Maryland is $152,800-$210,100 plus an annual bonus.
