Lead all Public Relations & Social initiatives for the TUMI brand globally, supporting integrated marketing campaigns and driving communication strategies Manage relationships with press, influencers, and talent to enhance brand visibility and relevance Create and oversee social media content, managing multiple platforms and ensuring brand consistency Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to execute events and campaigns Develop and manage departmental budget and oversee monthly reporting on performance Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitors across channels and categories Lead and develop a collaborative team environment, supporting career development We're excited if you have: Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience Global experience driving PR and Social strategies Deep familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices Experience with departmental budget management Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with internal and external partners Understanding of key measurement tools for social media performance Prior press relations and editorial contacts is a plus Why you'll love working here: At TUMI, you'll find a dynamic working environment where each team member is empowered with an entrepreneurial spirit.
