The Financial Systems Administrator is the operational owner of the firm's financial system Aderant Expert and its portfolio of financial applications. Their primary focus will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Aderant Expert, while collaborating with the Finance and IS departments to continuously optimize the system and automate business procedures. They will have a strong technical understanding of the Aderant software and be able to provide technical support and guidance to users. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the system meets the financial needs of the firm. They need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, under the supervision of the Financial Systems Manager. Principal Responsibilities: Responsible for the ongoing configuration, customization, maintenance and high-level support of the financial systems, primarily Aderant Expert and its peripheral applications (ChromeRiver, Adaptive Insights, Spotlight, Blackline etc.), including implementation of future upgrades. Responsible for overall data integrity and system security. Assist in all financial systems related projects' technical and functional aspects including analysis of the current business, detection of critical deficiencies and recommendations of solutions for improvement and automation. Responsible for full end-to-end cycle including requirement gathering, planning, testing and implementing. Frequently provides direction to less experienced members of the team. ·Assist as liaison between the IS and Finance department and work closely with Finance personnel in direct support of financial systems. Develops, modifies and maintains billing templates using Docudraft. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or IS related field, or equivalent. 3-5 years of related financial systems, applications and database experience. Aderant Expert experience and datastructure knowledge required. Intermediate understanding of SQL and relational databases including views and stored procedures. Ability to make decisions, work self-sufficiently and independently drive tasks to completion. Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the firm. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project leadership and troubleshooting skills. Detail-oriented and dependable with excellent organizational, interpersonal, collaboration, communication, time management and customer service skills. Design Studio experience preferred. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications and location.
