Overview: Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Food Service Department Manager to oversee the food service program in a single site, ensuring food quality standards, inventory levels, and customer service expectations are met. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining records, training, and communicating with clients and staff. Responsibilities: Manage the food service program, providing leadership and guidance to meet quality and safety standards. Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment. Train, in-service, and supervise staff to meet company standards. Effectively communicate all directives and safety guidelines to staff. Qualifications: Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions and perform daily tasks. Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred. Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition is required. Two years of experience in food production, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision desired. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records. Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods. Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers.
