To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a family care business located in the Greater Boston area, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm and it is compensating $30-$34 an hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Recruiting, screening, and onboarding new hires Payroll submission and management Creating forms for record-keeping Tracking expenses and creating expense reports Tax record keeping Website updating Analyze & manage data in spreadsheets and reports Communicate with family to ensure constant, efficient flow of information from calls, mail and emails Cross-training on other admin's responsibilities Job Requirements: Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment Must be committed to confidentiality and discretion and exercise exceptional judgment Practical intelligence, a hands-on approach, ability to change gears quickly and often, professional commitment, flexibility, and a positive attitude Reliability and minimum two-year commitment are important in this role Commitment to organizing and tracking a variety of tasks on a consistent basis, communicating status, and following through until tasks are complete Understanding and intermediate experience with the following programs: Microsoft 365, Dropbox, QuickBooks, Google Suite, movie editing software Website design experience is a plus Working knowledge of Mac is preferred but not required AB_ To Apply for this Job Click Here
