Program Highlights Gain hands-on experience in distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing and logistics. Rotate through different roles over 18-24 months and learn from experienced mentors. Upon completion, join our Distribution Operations team based on your interests and our needs. Position Responsibilities Develop foundational knowledge of Uline/'s distribution operations, systems and processes. Work on cross-functional projects with our supply chain teams. Travel to multiple Uline North American locations for assignments. Analyze business reports and data to enhance operations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor/'s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or a related field. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Available to travel and spend several weeks at Uline/'s North American locations.
