Job Description LPN Account Manager position in the Cambridge, OH Territory Salaried position - paid weekly + Weekly Mileage paid Full Benefits the first of the month after 60 days of employment Earn up to 120 hours PTO annually. CAMBRIDGE, OHIO POSITION Our Company SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services. The LPN Account Manager will be servicing and overseeing the relationship with our long-term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding areas. Under general supervision of the Regional Director of Client Services, in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws. The LPN Account Manager must have a good understanding of the solution to provide adequate support and maintain long-term relationships. Along with demonstrating excellent customer service performance and consistence with SpecialtyRx mission and values. Responsibilities Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities Ability to relate to client needs Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired Develop and maintain relationships with facility management teams and nursing staff Qualifications LPN State License required for OHIO Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred Extensive knowledge of health care procedures Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information Driven and motivated problem-solver Ability to work independently and team player Good organizational and interpersonal skills A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Willing to drive long distances in the assigned territory areas EEO Statement, SpecialtyRx, Inc. is fully committed to employing a diverse workforce.
