Basic Function: Revlon is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to join the Sales Operations/Trade Marketing team to support the implementation of annual business planning and sales strategies to maximize sales volume and achieve P&L objectives. This role will leverage strategic thinking capabilities and insights to identify short and long-term growth opportunities and create solutions based on a comprehensive understanding of the business, across competitors, in relationship to the shopper and in sync with Elizabeth Arden and Fragrance plans. This role is responsible for developing a fact-based approach of commercial activations, promotional development and execution of promotional effectiveness, marketing plans, brand/category trends and retailer POS. This role will leverage data into key insights and recommendations for the Luxe Division. Additionally, this role will work in conjunction with Sales and Marketing to develop and track monthly forecast versus performance. Major Duties: Responsible for thorough deployment and execution of Promotional Gift Sets and Non-Revenue shipments and ship cadence based on established strategies Lead and influence the commercial strategies by retailer in partnership with Sr. Director. Responsible for programming all sampling; working with commercial team and liaison with marketing on the development and on time delivery of retailer scent piece blow ins and mailers. Partner with marketing & sales for creating programs to drive revenue at all key retail partners including exclusives, promotions, sampling and collateral programs. Work cross functionally with demand planning team to ensure Promotional Gift Sets and Non-Revenue forecasts are submitted on time, and accurately by customer demand group. Create Gift with Purchase and Sampling trackers to monitor non-revenue effectiveness by customer. Develop ETA/delivery trackers and work cross functionally with marketing, supply and Inventory teams to ensure on time and in full delivery of promotional gift sets and non-revenue items. Lead monthly Gift Sets/Non-Revenue meeting with commercial team to manage and update allocations. Identify and action possible excess. Review Sell through and gift set effectiveness. Develop and present timely reporting of promotional business by brand, by customer, including promotion sets shipments and sell through. Procatively identify opportunity gaps to repurpose existing stock to mitigate excess and communicate excess to management and Triage Excess team Knowledge and Skills Required: Minimum of 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting sales team. Demonstrated strong understanding of retail and customer team perspectives. Experience working with Department Stores or Specialty Accounts is strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and link category management data to retailer/business scenarios. Ability to create recommendations through ad hoc analysis utilizing analytical skills. Ability to develop selling story/recommendations as output of analysis. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of Access and Power BI preferred. Knowledge of technologically driven financial analysis (ie. ROI, Pricing/Margin implications) Must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills and agility to determine, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be flexible in a fast paced, dynamic team environment. High energy and motivation needed. Must have strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills. Must be creative and detail-oriented in ambiguous situations, with a focus on execution. Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree - Preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business, Finance, or Accounting. Minimum Years of Experience Required: 5+ years business analytics experience supporting Sales or Retailer Buyer Team(s). #LI-PD1 The base pay range for this position in New York City is $110,000 and $120,000; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy. Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance.
