We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in developing and managing B2B products, with specific expertise in second-line defense roles, including Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate market needs into innovative product solutions and drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. In this role, you will be the main contributor to the product's definition, go to market, and support a collaborative effort that will include other product managers responsible for interconnected areas within the current TeamMate product offering. This makes your role extremely important for our success, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
