Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair both recreational and industrial HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency. Utilize your expertise to efficiently identify and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proficiency with basic hand and power tools. Experience using electrical meters, meggers, and measuring devices. Ability to develop and utilize technical documents and work packages. Schedule and report on service activities, briefing both customers and management. Connect motors, compressors, temperature controls, and ventilation fans to control panels and power sources. Write accurate condition-found reports and service orders detailing inspection results, discrepancies, and repair recommendations. Provide supervision and guidance to junior personnel when assigned, while also being able to work independently. High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory). Universal EPA Certification preferred (not mandatory). Minimum of five (5) years of experience preferred (not mandatory). Completion of an apprenticeship program or military equivalent preferred (not mandatory). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass background screening for TWIC and DBIDS for base access (not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office Suite programs. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (not mandatory). License: EPA Universal Certification preferred (important for experienced candidates). Additional Benefits: We cover the cost of materials. We reimburse gas fees. Payment Method: Bi-weekly payments.
