Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Charter Customer Service representative at Waypoints Yacht Charters in Annapolis, MD. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering outstanding customer service experiences daily. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Phone Etiquette Customer Service, Customer Experience Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry Knowledge of sailing or boating is a plus
