Closing Production Lead Operations Pittsburgh

Seeking a natural leader to drive safety and customer satisfaction from within our McKees Rocks Industrial Gas Production Team. This is a closing shift, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. A people-oriented, industrious and mechanical hustler will thrive in this role. Our production positions are both mentally and physically demanding, requiring alert attention to detail, physical fitness, and mathematical aptitude. What will I be doing? Filling industrial and medical gas cylinders (sorting, prefill inspecting, filling, tracking) Getting orders safely and perfectly out the door (opening shift), and/or safely and accurately fulfilled and staged for the following day's routes (closing shift) Leading 2-3 colleagues while working beside them Operating a forklift to stage cylinders and load/unload trucks Safely and accurately fulfilling customer orders Maintaining plant equipment and operations workspace Blasting, painting, and barcoding cylinders What is required? >3 years' experience in manufacturing or heavy industry. Industrial, medical, or specialty gas operations ideal. Industrious work ethic and high safety and quality standards. Highly self-motivated! Proficiency in math Mechanically-minded Strong people, teamwork, and communication skills Compensation: Hourly wage based on operations and manufacturing experience ($23+/hr), plus an excellent benefits package including health insurance, 401K, and profit-sharing.
