Job Description: Skills Required: Understanding of indirect financing and the dealer model Experience working and monitoring product performance Ability to work with multiple functional areas, including business operations team members, product organization, engineering, User Experience (UX)/User Insights (UI), sales, customer support, finance, or marketing Effective and inclusive when working in teams with diverse backgrounds to execute on a shared vision Experience Required: 3+ years' experience with financial services Understanding of indirect financing and the dealer model Experience Preferred: Experience with working with dealers Experience with RouteOne Experience with JIRA Experience with Alfa 3+ years with progressive responsibilities on agile software delivery teams Education Required: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years' experience Additional Information: Hybrid position with 3 days in office.
