Key Responsibilities: Design commercial land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion/sedimentation control. Perform calculations and detailed analysis for all aspects of site design. Collaborate with clients and internal teams from schematic design to construction administration. Requirements: Bachelorí¢â‚¬â„¢s or Masterí¢â‚¬â„¢s degree in Civil Engineering. Passed the FE exam. 3+ years of experience in commercial land development, including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management. Proficiency in Civil 3D. Familiarity with current codes, design guidelines, and stormwater management practices. Preferred Qualifications: EIT or PE certification. Experience with commercial projects, particularly large-scale developments (e.g., warehouses, big-box retail).
