Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant. This position will be located at our Rumford, RI facility. This position will serve as Administrative Assistant to the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team, with ownership of several additional Quality Management System and Production Facilitation tasks. The expected annual salary range for this role is $52499.97 - $76999.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you'll do: • Maintain and manage access to production master folders. Scan/issue daily work orders to shop floor to facilitate production. • Manage input of corrective actions from Production, Quality, and EH&S internal & external audits, and assist in monitoring action completion status. • Schedule Yearly Eye Exams, First Aid Training, & ART schedules, in compliance with site Quality System and EH&S policies. • Welcome and receive all guests, visitors, and contractors, and ensure compliance to site visitor Safety Training and ITAR regulations. • Coordinate scheduling and timely execution of site communication plans, training plans, and Site Leadership standard work tasks (i.e. site monthly All Employee Meetings & other recurring tasks). • Coordinate procurement and delivery of lunch for meetings and visitors as required. • Order office supplies, manage expense reports, and take minutes for meetings as needed. • General Administrative duties as required. Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of one (1) year professional work experience OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution with a minimum of five (5) years professional work experience. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future. • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Rumford, RI will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting a manufacturing or operations environment. • Bilingual in French and/or Spanish.
