Manager, Attorney Development

Our client, a prominent global law firm, seeks an experienced Manager of Attorney Development to join their team in the NYC office. The ideal candidate has experience overseeing performance management processes for attorneys and other legal staff as well as has supported or overseen employee relations processes. A professional demeanor with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, in addition to strong analytical skills will allow a candidate to excel in this role. This candidate will coach associates who are promoted to the partner-level to allow them to succeed in the role, as well as analyze data to optimize the performance of the legal staff. Strong project management and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a professional demeanor that resonates with legal staff. The salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000. Compensation commensurate with experience.
