Facility Accessor

We are searching for experienced Facility Condition Assessors to support our customer in Washington, DC. This hybrid position involves performing inspections on large, complex, and diverse buildings/facilities. The role requires expertise and knowledge in multiple areas of construction to identify inventory and assess the condition of individual facility systems and building components. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of various buildings and facilities. Assess the condition of facility systems and building components. Utilize BUILDER software for assessments; experience with Maximo is a plus. Document findings and provide detailed reports on facility conditions. Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive evaluations. Requirements: Previous experience as a Facility Condition Assessor (FCA) is required. Proficiency with BUILDER software; Maximo experience is advantageous. Strong knowledge of construction and facility systems. Ability to work on-site in the Washington, D.C. area and travel to multiple sites. Must hold a TS security clearance and be willing to undergo a Special Access Process (SAP) if necessary.
