Description The AWS Portfolio and Asset Management Team is looking for a talented, experienced Lease Admin Tech Analyst. In this role, you will be a key member of the Portfolio & Asset Management team. This role will be responsible for supporting the day to day management of our Lease administration software system and other tools used to manage our Real Estate Data Centers and Colocation contracts. Key job responsibilities • Provide technical expertise for the Lease Administration Software to ensure AWS unique requirements • Ongoing support to PAM and cross-functional Stakeholders, Lease Administrators and Analysts, finance, accounting, and legal as it relates to the use of the Lease Administration software • Create and facilitate reporting • Document business requirements related to software requirements or enhancements • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboard reporting • Leads project management for the integration or data feeds of disparate systems as assigned • Act as point of escalation for software issues • Support the preparation of monthly portfolio metric reporting • Support special projects Minimum two years experience in SQL • Minimum two years experience in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI reporting tool Understanding of lease accounting • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams in highly matrixed and global environment • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment and effectively triage several competing priorities A day in the life Why AWS Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. Basic Qualifications • AA degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related experience • Minimum two years working with lease administration software such as Tango or TRIRIGA • Minimum three years working at, or consulting for, a Commercial Real Estate company • Minimum five years as software engineer, application consultant/manager, technology product manager or similar role Preferred Qualifications • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering • Seven or more years of experience in lease administration software • Working knowledge of commercial real estate principles and financial concepts • Understand of lease administration processes Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
