We are looking to fill several DSP4 and DSP5 roles in Franklin and Hampshire Counties. Our DSP4 and DSP5 you will be the Assistant Program Manager for one of our small residential group homes. We support 4-5 adults with developmental, intellectual or physical disabilities to ensure that they thrive in their day to day lives. As a DSP4 or DSP5, you will have the opportunity to dive deeper into leadership responsibilities, work closely with our Director Care workers, and contribute to a high-performance culture. We have multiple Assistant Program Manager roles we are currently seeking to fill throughout Hampshire and Franklin County. Locations include Greenfield, Gill, and Amherst, MA. The pay rate for our DSP4 in Hampshire/Franklin County starts at $24.48/hr. The pay rate for our DSP5 in Hampshire/Franklin County starts at $25.50/hr. Hours: Full time opportunity, the schedule will vary based on the individual program needs. Typically, nights and weekends flexibility will be required for this role. What does your day to day look like in this role? In this role you will be supporting the daily operations of residential supports for individuals with disabilities. You'll provide direct or indirect care, coordinate programs, supervise staff, and ensure individuals reach their goals. Your work will adhere to policies, regulations, and individual preferences - making a real difference in the lives of those we support. To excel in this role at Pathlight, you'll need a strong foundation in Human Services, direct care support, basic health care, and instructional techniques. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical and/or behavioral needs is crucial. Required are a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history, and lastly, CPR certification, First Aid training, MAP certification and specialized human services trainings are desired for the role.
