( What you will do As the Associate Manager, Field Operations you will manage and lead all activities of the Branch operation in compliance to corporate objectives, policies, procedures, and guidelines. In this role you will serve as the liaison between the field sales team for the area covered and the office while coordinating activities relating to Operations, Inventory Management, Inventory Requirements Planning, and other related leadership function. Lead and mentor a group of team members across locations to ensure success through training, development, and monitoring of attendance and performance Maintain proper staffing levels and performance objectives, producing continency plans for coverage in times of higher volume workload as needed Collaborate and align with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure understanding and impact of HUB/Branch policies and procedures as well as key metrics Resolve field representative, sales managers and/or customer concerns or complaints to resolve inventory issues Develop and maintain inventory management strategies to ensure inventory levels (both implants and instruments) meet the needs of the territory while adhering to company days on hand and turn objectives Control inventory using available system tools to ensure accuracy for implants (part and lot number level) and instrument sets (set and lot number level) in hospital consignments, and in HUB/Branch/Storage locations Manage maintenance needs for fleet and facilities as needed Manage forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) What you need Required Bachelors Degree and at least 6 years of experience -or- at least 12 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelors; preferred experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or similar fields At least 3 years of experience managing, leading, and directing teams; developing talent and leading coaching conversations Experience collaborating with Sales Team Members and stakeholders Preferred Familiarity with financial statements and financial management concepts Knowledge and skill with ERP systems (ex.
