Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Multicloud Product Management team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's high growth Multicloud initiatives like Oracle Database@Azure, Oracle Database@Google Cloud, Oracle Database@AWS and expanding Oracle's Multicloud offerings. You must be able to drive change and gain buy in from executive stakeholders outside the organization at the VP level and above. This position requires superior executive communication skills and technical depth; a background in public cloud infrastructure services and Oracle Database is a plus. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. The successful candidate will have a passion for solving difficult problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a knack for creativity and innovative thinking, and a strong sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams. As a Product Manager on the OCI Platform team, you will be driving the creation of services and features that the world's largest customers need to successfully adopt the cloud. The Multicloud Platform team is responsible for the features and services that customers need to deploy and manage their Oracle Cloud resources, manage spending and secure their environment in hybrid and multicloud environments. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders including senior executives, architects, development teams, and external partners to take ideas, turn them into mature products, and put them in the hands of the world's most demanding customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify, define and prioritize products and features Represent product roadmap and strategy to customers and stakeholders Work directly with key customers to understand their requirements and devise creative solutions to their problems Write product strategy as an input to product design Drive large scale change across multiple lines of business Define, measure, and manage customer experience and business performance goals Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that might otherwise derail projects Become an expert in and drive the vision for one or more Platform product areas Be an advocate for the customer through the product lifecycle Collaborate with development and UX teams to iterate on and refine designs Create content to help enable customer success Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant hands-on product strategy experience with cloud or enterprise software Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence Ability to define and shape the business strategy for multiple large product areas Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously Proven track record of successfully shipping new products in an agile environment Bachelor degree in related discipline Preferred Qualifications: Five or more years of technical product management, preferably in enterprise computing, storage, database technologies, cloud infrastructure, and systems (virtualization, storage, networking, OS). Candidates from engineering technical sales may also apply for this position. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only Canada: Hiring Range from $76,700 to $167,000 CAD per annum US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
