Commercial Loan Insurance Administrator Job Locations US-NJ-Fairfield Job ID # of Openings 1 Type Full-Time Category Loan Servicing Overview Handle the full insurance collection and review commercial loans. Responsibilities Obtain, review and complete checklist for all commercial loan insurance requirements. Obtain, review and complete checklist for all commercial loan flood insurance requirements. Monitor/send appropriate letters for flood zone changes and flood insurance cancellations. Responsible for all Allied functions (CPI Billing/Report distribution/Verify Data/uploading insurance) Fiserv System maintenance including updating flood policy dates, flood zones, escrow addenda's. Contact with Allied, insurance agents, insurance brokers, insurance companies, customers, lenders, etc. Complete daily report review and projects. In the performance of respective duties, must maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all other regulatory, security and bank policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Two to three years experience required. Allied or insurance tracking software experience preferred Commercial insurance (either hazard/flood) experience required. Fiserv experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel) required. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Excellent customer service skills and investigative skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions and elevate insurance deficiencies to management.
