Company Name: A Leading Medical Disposables Manufacturer and DistributorLocation: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: í¢â‚¬¢The HR Manager leads and directs the HR team to enable them to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business. í¢â‚¬¢The HR Manager proactively advises on best practice HR and where necessary takes a hands-on role in dealing with case work.í¢â‚¬¢The HR Manager supports the people management functions that underpin the business culture.í¢â‚¬¢The broad areas include: employee matters, compensation and benefits, reward, professional growth, communications and performance management.í¢â‚¬¢Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSí¢â‚¬¢Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment, discipline, counselling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues).í¢â‚¬¢ Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.í¢â‚¬¢ Manage and develop direct reporting staff.í¢â‚¬¢Liaise with other functional / departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of the HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.REQUIREMENTSí¢â‚¬¢Saudi Nationals Only.í¢â‚¬¢Minimum of 7 years human resources experience with an industrial background. í¢â‚¬¢Excellent communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles.í¢â‚¬¢Examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member.í¢â‚¬¢Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals.í¢â‚¬¢Bachelorí¢â‚¬s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
