Our Team SAP Basis and Security SME A successful candidate will be a thought leader, have an enterprise mindset, and possess the skills and acumen to effectively build strong, productive relationships within IT and the business and build trust at all levels of the organization. We are looking for a subject matter expert in SAP Administration with SAP Security focused on leading the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions running on Azure Cloud. You act with appropriate urgency to unforeseen issues and constraints that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy. Participates the successful delivery of large and/or complex strategic initiatives including overall ownership and responsibility of the project lifecycle from concept to close. Supports the project and contractual relationship with third party service providers as needed to ensure successful execution against statements of work. Manages the expectations of IT and business leadership and serves as a trusted advisor that influences the overall solution and integration to support business initiatives. Develops strong relationships with IT business partners, subject matter experts, and business leaders to collaborate on conceptual solutions and strategic projects to support business strategy. Leads, mentors, and develops others. Promotes an inclusive culture and exemplifies the core values of the organization. This position can sit out of our Berlin CT, Westwood, MA or Manchester, NH locations. This is a hybrid position. The first three months will be full-time in the office. Essential Functions: General Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skill Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently. SAP Certification is a plus. SAP on Azure certification is a plus. Exposure to Utilities / Energy industry is a plus SAP Basis Administration Role: SAP Basis Administration of SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP PO, SAP Solution Manager, SAP GRC, BODS, OpenText products running on Azure Cloud Experience provisioning and supporting SAP Cloud products such as BTP, C4C, CPI/PI, and SAC. At least 8 years of experience SAP enterprise COTS implementation and post-production support experience. Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience handling N+M environment, System Refresh and Upgrade of ABAP, Java, BODS environments. Experience working on key ChaRM functionalities including Transport import, TOC, CSOL, CCTS, Change Diagnostics, Retrofit et cetera in parallel landscape (N+M) Assist functional, development, testing and business teams with the integration and user acceptance testing. Perform post refresh security activities for non-prod systems. Knowledge of system monitoring, performance optimization, and disaster recovery. SAP Security Role: At least 3 years of SAP security expertise with ABAP stack, Java Stack, SAP Cloud products and HANA Database. Provides security and technical expertise to support the development of security objects to satisfy business requirements. Analyzes and administers security policies to control physical and virtual system access. Assesses business role requirements, reviews authorization roles, and supports authorizations. Gathers requirements from internal clients and provides security and technical expertise to support the development of security objects to satisfy business requirements. Develops security objects that meet business requirements while adhering to the principle of least privilege. Collaborate with SAP Production Team and follow existing guidelines closely. Willing to learn and implement security policies of non-SAP applications such as OpenText. Prepares and maintains documentation as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Working Conditions: Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required. Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary. The annual salary range for this position starts at $120,040 to $133,380.00, plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with your experience.
