The Hinderer Motor Company is seeking a Service driven leader, to assist the Service Manager in daily department duties for our well-established Honda location. This individual will help create, innovate, and build a team. The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to meet and exceed goals. They will assist in managing the development of Service Advisors, technicians, and personnel to achieve production goals. The Service Drive Manager will assist in controlling costs, setting sales and profit objectives. They will continually build a loyalclientel. The Assistant Manager will service as a Subject Matter Expert in all service - related areas.
