IT Delivery Manager

Responsibilities Responsible for customer satisfaction related to engagements being managed through delivery. Participate in customer's vendor/partner excellence programs -these programs focus on rewarding partners who provide business value, demonstrate technical leadership, improve quality, bring efficiencies, and deliver cost savings. Responsible for on time, under budget, quality delivery of all services Lead, execute, validate content/estimates/model, and defend Statement of work for new potential opportunities. This involves different groups within organization and effective coordination and communication is a must. Participate in resource planning with resource managers. Track and fulfill staffing resource requests. Help organization in building next generation of engineers. Customer facing responsibilities. Regular connect with customer stakeholders. Team facing Track and lead internal team utilization. Regular 1 -1 with team members (onshore/offshore) Deep dive to understand constraints. Mentoring of next level of leadership Close coordination with offshore leadership
