Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in managing electrical equipment installations. This role primarily involves overseeing projects for data centers, guiding them from the design phase (design-build and design-assist) through to the final application and completion. Key Responsibilities: Project Acquisition: Oversee project layout and design using AutoCAD. Manage the bidding process, billing, and purchasing. Conduct constructability analysis and design reviews. Handle scheduling, value engineering, and site logistics reviews. Plan prefabrication, estimate strategy, and develop cost proposals and negotiations. Project Preconstruction: Develop project teams and plan procurement strategies. Project Construction: Create and manage project schedules. Foster team and relationship building. Handle change management and issue resolution. Manage cost projections and billing. Project Closeout: Complete final documentation and owner training. Reconcile contracts and manage final billing. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Management. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the electrical engineering field or construction industry with a focus on electrical work.
