PHP Full-Stack Developer

Position: Full-Stack PHPDeveloper- Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate Location: Greenwich, CT (hybrid) Reports To: CEO Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate invests at the intersection of the commercial real estate and energy industries through diversified ESG Infrastructure investments, including PACE, mortgage project finance and other financial tools. Position Description: We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Primary Duties Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules to support Business Applications. Ability to build the both the front end and back end of our websites. Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges. Integration of transactions, portals, and data storage solutions Other ad hoc IT request as needed. Qualifications : Proven proficiency in object-oriented PHP programming using Yii framework. Strong knowledge of designing database models in MySQL and writing optimized SQL queries. Expertise of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Competency in HTTP, AJAX, and JSON technologies. Knowledge of Linux and Apache Web server Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform preferred with accessibility and security compliance understanding. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instruction clearly. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent. 3-5 years of working experience in PHP frameworks.
