Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Medical Director to lead the medical operations at their clinic. This role ensures the highest standard of care for patients while fostering a positive, collaborative environment for the veterinary team. The Medical Director will partner with the Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor Associate Veterinarians, and participate in recruitment efforts to bring in top veterinary talent. In this position, your responsibilities will include: Ensure the highest level of patient-centred veterinary care by all team members. Mentor Associate Veterinarians through coaching, case discussions, and feedback. Organise and conduct regular team meetings to promote a positive clinic culture. Work closely with the Clinic Manager to address client concerns and improve the client experience.
