The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Team: As a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer supporting the IAM Privilege Management Team, you will play a crucial role in deploying and managing enterprise-wide security solutions. The privilege management team is modernizing privilege access to passwords and remote access. In addition, the endpoint security team is building out a robust EPM model to support business operations while also maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture. This role offers exposure to leadership, project management opportunities, and a deep dive into technical operations of elevated access. This job will report to the Senior Manager of Privilege Management team but will have exposure to all aspects of Identity Access Management organization. What You Will do Manage day to day operations of Privilege Access Management console including onboarding accounts, managing credentials, and troubleshooting operational issues Manage day to day operations of Endpoint Privilege Management console including policy definition, asset targeting, and troubleshooting operational issues Provide technical expertise and support to end-users Assist in building and deploying centralized software repository for whitelist software approved to run on RTX enterprise endpoints Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency of PAM and EPM tools Qualifications You Must Have Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field discipline. The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
