**Pharmacy Quality Assurance Manager"¯** L ocation : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations. How you will make an impact: Manages and ensures that audit scope and audit areas follow applicable guidelines for sampling, auditing and reporting performance. Creates and designs audit checklists, requirements and plan. Implements applicable audit and reporting guidelines. Leads performance repairing program. May direct and monitor performance guarantee implementation, processes, reporting and performance improvement. Establishes and coordinates compliance plan activities within the Business Unit. Partner with cross functional teams to improve processes, areas of quality improvement and close gaps Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of associates. Minimum Requirements: Requires B.A. or B.S. degree; and a minimum of 5 years experience in related area; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Internal, public audit, quality assurance and project management experience preferred. Experience in retail, specialty, mail order or other high-volume pharmacy. CPHT preferred. Experience in contact center and high production environments.
