AAEs support executing SOW activities, including media relations, content creation, digital activity, research, monitoring, reports, etc. AAEs should have strong writing skills, pay attention to relevant industry trends, and actively look for personal growth opportunities by raising their hand on client work and business development projects.What you will be doing:Participate in client calls and actively listen during meetingsCreate client deliverables (agendas, action items, hot lists, reports, etc)Manage workflow for client workEmail/communicate directly with clientsWork with client teams to respond quickly and deliver on client requestsDraft well-written, grammatically correct client-facing agendas, meeting notes, and emailsExecute communications strategies and tactics on behalf of clients, including developing media lists, pitching media, creating social content, and drafting contentContribute to client presentation materials, such as agendas, presentation decks, briefing books, and research packetsCarefully monitor client news and client industries and make recommendations based on emerging trendsUse monitoring tools and identify key insights for clientsProactively learn about and react to industry-related businessConsistently meet or exceed deadlinesFind opportunities to mentor Account Coordinators and FellowsSupports business development efforts through research and internal brainstormsPosition Expectations:Adheres to firm's policies and proceduresDeadline oriented; able to complete assignments in line with client's deadline needsShow a commitment to uphold and defend the highest levels of ethical conductActively seek opportunities to learn and participate in client and biz dev projectsContribute ideas to help make Clyde Group the best place to workFierce commitment to, and respect for, a diverse and inclusive workplaceQualifications/Required Skills:1-2 years of professional communications experienceComfortable with basic social media aggregators like Sprout Social, Meltwater, HootsuiteComfortable with Microsoft and Google office productsInterested and comfortable learning and adopting new tech platformsInterested in digital marketing and high level understanding of how SEO worksInterested in using practical applications of AIComfortable with digital platforms like Wikipedia, Reddit, Discord, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social media platformsExperience pitching mediaSeeks and is receptive to feedback; puts feedback into actionComfortable learning and adopting new tech platformsMastery of AP StyleExceptional attention to detailThe salary range for this position is $49,500 - $66,400.About CLYDEFounded on the principle that CLYDE is the best agency to work with and the best agency to work for, we strive to impact our staff and clients in positive ways that leave a mark.
