This position works closely with Banking team and members of the Client Service team. You will perform research and analysis and/or assist with all daily banking activities. Attention to detail, the ability to track and follow up on deliverables, multitask, work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines are critical for success in this position. The role of this position is to assist the Banking team to ensure proper handling for all banking and treasury related operations of the department. Hybrid: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to our Edgewood, NY Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote. Responsibilities: The role of this position is to assist the Banking team to ensure proper handling for all banking and treasury related operations of the department. Help in the coordination of monthly payments (ACH/WIRE/CHECK) to our clients Track all payment requests received from the Client Service team Assist in monitoring all banking activities to detect and timely resolve any irregularities Assist in preparing monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all deposits to the bank Assist in preparing reconciliation reports for individual remediation client accounts as needed (weekly, monthly) Assist in preparing incoming checks for deposit and handling of undeliverable mail Develop an understanding of Broadridge and the scope of the company Develop an understanding of the Class Actions business Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in accounting or related field a plus Strong analytical skills: ability to gather data, interpret results, reformulate as needed Strong written and oral communication skills A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Corporate or treasury banking experience a plus Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus Paid Time off: 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 3 personal days per year Benefits: Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance. 401k w/ match, parental leave, and more.
