Engagement Annual Giving Officer

Overview: The Engagement Annual Giving Officer oversees and implements annual giving strategies to engage donors and cultivate long-term relationships. This position is responsible for developing and executing fundraising campaigns, managing donor stewardship activities, and ensuring the achievement of annual giving goals. Working under direct supervision, this role serves as a key liaison between the organization and its donors, fostering a culture of philanthropy and supporting the organization's mission. Talent Pool: Corporate Services/Professional Responsibilities: Develops and implements comprehensive annual giving strategies to increase donor participation and support for the organization's programs and initiatives. Manages all aspects of annual giving campaigns, including planning, execution, and evaluation, to ensure the achievement of fundraising goals. Cultivates and stewards relationships with donors, providing personalized and timely communication to acknowledge their contributions and engage them in the organization's mission. Collaborates with internal stakeholders, such as marketing and communications teams, to create compelling fundraising materials and donor-centric messaging. Utilizes data analytics and fundraising software to track donor engagement, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making. Stays informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in annual giving, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance donor engagement and fundraising outcomes.
