This is an exciting opportunity to join the Community and Consumer Banking Finance Data & Insights Team! As a Finance Data Domain Architect - Vice President within the Chase Consumer Banking line of business, you will spearhead the development, management, and upkeep of the Consumer Analytic Reporting Infrastructure. Additionally, you will support the emerging JPMorgan Private Client model, a strategic approach to servicing our affluent clients. Your primary role will involve assisting Consumer Bank Finance and Data & Analytics partners in delivering high-quality data and analysis to gauge financial performance at the deposit account level and by product, branch, and client segmentation. Job Responsibilities Partner with our business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and functional needs and to determine required data. Lead design of data products to meet business objectives. Manage delivery roadmap with the Business Banking CARI Lead and our Technology partners. Translate business requirements into prototype solutions for new/enhancement requests and implement with appropriate quality and control standards and sustainable operating model. This includes developing a data model and working with our Data Owner and Technology partners to review and catalog new data assets. Manage the demand for ad hoc analytical requests from our business partners. Provide a high level of responsiveness to meet business priorities. Ability to understand broad business questions and determine the data that will help answer/give insights to the business question, perform "what-if" scenario data analytics, and regulatory inquiries. Provide or work with the relevant Business Intelligence teams to develop and implement standard reporting solutions in support of Consumer Banking Finance partners. Includes Tableau dashboards, ThoughtSpot worksheets/live boards, and Essbase cubes. Re-engineer CARI processes to make them faster and more resilient. Support Technology and Data modernization efforts as impact CARI data sourcing and processing. Manage a global functional team of six Data Domain Architects to deliver on above.. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 10+ years of total experience within MIS, Business Intelligence, and/or Analytics roles Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize complex work to drive results. Ability to translate information requirements into data sourcing and functional requirements that can be clearly understood by the technical teams and the ability to explain technical issues in a way business users understand. Highly motivated, self-directed Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Great analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to interpret and analyze data, identify anomalies, determine root cause, and recommend solutions. Advanced written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence an audience. Proficient in SQL query writing. Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing concepts and exposure to one or more Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms: AWS or Databricks, Oracle/SQL Server/Teradata, Cognos/BO, or SAS/R. Proficient in one or more data & business intelligence concepts including ETL, Data Modeling, Reporting Automation, and/or Dashboarding. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Managerial experience in setting team direction and coaching/developing staff. Knowledge of and exposure to Agile methodology and governance principles preferred. Experience driving a Technology book of work.
