Reports directly to the Quality Manager, you must be dedicated and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of quality and warranty processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, conducting inspections, and help manage warranty claims. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold Life Lines commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This position is accountable for, but not limited to the following: RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct thorough inspections of the ambulance to ensure compliance with the quality standards. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics. Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and procedures. Investigate product defects and customer complaints, providing root cause analysis and solutions. Coordinate warranty claims process, including verification of claims. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and efficiencies. Support training initiatives for staff on quality standards and warranty procedures. Monitor and report on product performance, identifying trends and areas for enhancement. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance and warranty management. Assist in writing and auditing SOP's. Assit is auditing completed inspection for accuracy and completion. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Self-starter with good work discipline Excellent communication skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Team player Quality driven Motivated Desire to obtain additional personal developmental training Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. EXPERIENCE: Proficiency in quality management systems and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO compliance). Life Line product / process knowledge a plus Lean Manufacturing Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, warranty, or related roles. Problem Solving Skills Strong understanding of warranty processes and customer service principles. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree with Quality and Warranty experience preferred. Proven experience and background with process improvement in a manufacturing environment will be considered in lieu of degree.
