Join us and help the worlds leading organizations?unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. **Job Location:** Location: New Jersey **Job Description:** + Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create system solutions that align with business strategies. + Document system requirements and user stories, defining scope and objectives while creating system specifications for development and implementation. + Facilitate user story grooming and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners, utilizing Agile tools like Jira. + Maintain regular communication with the Product Owner to adjust priorities and incorporate new items as needed, understanding business workflows and team capacity. + Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, possessing both technical and business expertise. Participate in and lead Sprint demonstrations and Agile ceremonies. + Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Support validation efforts by the development team and facilitate user acceptance testing discussions. + Assist in defect triaging and resolutions. Conduct technical gap analysis and data mapping for integration with the Duck Creek system. Provide functional solutions to business requirements for Duck Creek Product Factory consumer applications. + Guide and mentor team members on functional scope and knowledge. Train new team members and review documentation submitted by junior staff. **Required Skills:** + **Experience:** 7 to 10 years in Business Analysis. + **Proficiency Level:** Proficient/Experienced. + **Recent Experience:** Less than 3 years in a Business Analyst role. + Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and algorithms. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Experience in Agile methodologies and tools. + Ability to bridge gaps between business and technical teams. **Life at Capgemini:** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
