Your tasks Lead individual improvement projects and support existing improvement projects within department Analysis and improvement of production processes (e.g., internal logistics, MRP, industrial engineering, final assembly) Support Industrial Engineering in New Product Introductions and product ramp-ups / ramp-downs Develop and maintain key metrics (KPIs) and visualize department KPIs Independently lead at least one lean manufacturing project or module of a new product introduction & present findings and recommendations to project team Your profile Enrolled student at a German university Studies of Industrial engineering or business management with an interest in production topics background Excellent knowledge of MS office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Enjoys working in multi-functional teams, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and interested in technology offered by TRUMPF Organized, goal-oriented, analytical, dedicated to improvement, self-motivated, and open-minded Very good command of written and spoken English TRUMPF knowledge is a plus Your benefits Support during visa process and partial coverage of visa costs as well as provision of an accomodation State-of-the-artwork environment with the latest technology Early assumption of responsibility and varied tasks Broad range of training offers Respectful and appreciative corporate culture Location: Farmington (USA) Start: summer term 2025, ideally April 2025 Duration: 6 months Did we convince you?
