We are seeking an experienced communicator to deliver a clear, compelling articulation of the initiatives of our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) through impactful and visually stunning presentations. Role Overview: As the Senior Content Designer for the Office of the CTO (OCTO), you will play a pivotal role in translating complex technology and organizational concepts into engaging and easily understandable materials for senior audiences. Your ability to bridge the gap between intricate technology and strategic communication will be essential in effectively conveying our CTO's initiatives and vision. You will leverage your strong design skills to create materials that are not only informative but also visually captivating, ensuring our messages resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Presentation Creation: Develop high-quality presentations that articulate the CTO's initiatives, the firm's IT strategy, and technology vision in a clear and engaging manner. Technical Translation: Simplify and translate complex technology concepts into presentations that are accessible and compelling for non-technical audiences. Design Excellence: Utilize strong design skills to create visually appealing slides that enhance the storytelling of our technological initiatives and ensure consistency with our brand guidelines. Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO, technology teams, and other key stakeholders to gather information, understand key messages, and ensure accuracy and relevance in all presentations. Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve presentation content and design, ensuring clarity and impact. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, presentation design, or a related field, with a proven track record of creating high-impact presentations for senior audiences. Technical Acumen: Strong ability to understand and interpret technology concepts and translate them into layman's terms. Design Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) with a portfolio showcasing your design capabilities. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and simplifying complex information. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce polished and professional presentations under tight deadlines. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Characteristics: Excellent communicator who is collaborative by nature , building strong professional relationships. Able to influence at all levels, and relate to the informational needs of senior decision makers. Creative and innovative , brings different angles to problems and provides new solutions.
