Job Description Litigation Paralegal We are seeking a dedicated paralegal with highly developed research, organizational, and communications skills. Key skills: Legal research and analysis civil discovery and litigation matters ability to use Relativity E-Discovery system Microsoft office suite Adobe Acrobat Scheduling Calendaring Writing skills Fluency in variety of databases and software including Westlaw, Essential Forms, and Trial Director is preferred Description: Oversee discovery including propounding and preparing responses to interrogatories and document productions. Prepare and analyze document summaries of employment, financial, and medical records. Draft meet and confer letters and discovery motions. Prepare trial documents. Communicate and interview with witnesses. Organize and compile trial notebooks. Conduct legal research and cite-checking including jury verdict research for case assessment. Effectively interact with outside counsel, staff, and clients.
