Metal Fabricator Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (7:30 am - 4:00 pm also) Pay Rate: $28.00 /hr Location: Dayton Ohio Experience: 1-3 years We are excited to share a new opportunity! Job Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain a variety of metal fabrication machines and tools such as shear, brake, roll, saw, and drill - Perform sheet metal fabrication tasks such as cutting, bending, welding, and assembling parts - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and specifications - Measure, mark, and layout reference points on sheet metal before cutting or punching - Inspect finished products for defects or damages - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Skills Required: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-3 years of experience with sheet metal fabrication - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Excellent hand-eye coordination - Ability to safely operate metalworking equipment - Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Benefits of working with PrideStaff: Medical, Rx, and Wellness Benefits Dental and Vision Plan Options Short-term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan Holiday Pay PrideStaff Company Overview PrideStaff wants you to Succeed!
