The company is dedicated to the success of each team member in a culture that values safety, integrity, teamwork and results.Due to rapid growth, we are currently hiring for multiple shifts.Multiple shifts available:Monday-Friday - 7:00am-3:30pmMonday-Thursday - 3:30pm-2:00am ($1.00 per hour shift premium)Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)Saturday, Sunday, Monday - 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 5:00pm-5:30am ($15.00 per hour shift premium)Job Responsibilities:Read and interpret prints and complete calculations for machining parts to specificationsProgram, set-up, edit and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes based on engineering specs, blueprints or design drawingsProcess quality parts while meeting scrap standardsPerform in process measurements and inspectionsPerform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinesAbility to setup toolsPerform tool prep, handiwork, grinding, cleaning holes, labeling and zero cornersFollow all safety guidelines including proper use of PPEKeep work area clean and organizedAll other duties as assignedRequired:High School Diploma or GEDUnderstanding of CAD/CAM softwareBasic understanding of 2D and 3D use of MastercamBlueprint reading abilityBenefits:MedicalFSA/HSADentalVisionLife InsuranceLong and Short Term DisabilityPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
