We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Account Executive (3rd Party DSPs) to join our growing Aperture Media Exchange (MX) team. Aperture MX is Cadents supply marketplace (SSP). This role is focused on helping grow our media exchange business with demand side platforms (DSPs and other companies that require quality supply). This will be a combination of growing share with an assigned book of existing customers and also acquiring new customers. The right candidate for this role should have existing hands-on experience selling private marketplaces and exchange technology, a technical acumen of oRTB, and knowledge of platforms such as DSPs, SSPs and Ad Exchanges. They should have a strong understanding of the programmatic marketplace and end-to-end supply chain. This role needs to be able to break down complex audience and supply solutions into digestible pitches, and drive sales across all levels of agency & client partners across their established network. This role will be responsible for: What You Will Do: Be a creative thinker, hunter and leader! Create and source leads, find opportunities, and close media trading deals. Sell Cadents programmatic solutions and SSP supply into demand side platforms. Master and evangelize Cadents suite of Advertiser solutions and be able to illustrate the applicable use cases to potential customers. Lead customer initiatives inclusive but not limited to: Ability to identify client needs, present applicable solutions, close deals and ensure proper execution. Drive share-of-wallet growth across existing customers. Sell in supply to media traders Create private marketplace opportunities for media traders Manage the quarterly business review cycle Manage customer requests Cross-team collaboration for product prioritization and customer improvements Assess technical capabilities of partners and tech teams to grow business Contribute to overall DSP GTM strategy Be an escalation point to resolve customer needs Creation and ownership of weekly sales pipeline and quarterly forecast. Establish strong relationships with clients through the complete sales cycle Hit sales goals! Your Skills: The ideal candidate has an existing and trusted network of clients and contacts across the major Holding Companies. Prior platform experience at an Agency, AdTech platform, DSP or SSP and deep relationships within the industry, specifically media traders. 5+ years in advertising technology with programmatic expertise. Established track record of delivering on strategic and revenue objectives. A passion and understanding of the entire media marketplace with a focus on Programmatic. Strong presentation skills with or without a deck. Strong discovery skills obtaining market feedback is key to help Cadent shape and differentiate our solutions and overall marketplace offering. Experience and success in driving new business wins. Coachability and being able to evolve with shifting product offerings and marketplace conditions. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. A high level of curiosity and the ability to work beyond the defined boundaries of the role. Location is New York City $150,000 - $175,000 This information is provided per the New York City Human Rights Law. Base pay range information is based on market location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the base pay range associated with that location.
