We cant wait to meet you and have you become part of our family!Responsibilities:- Perform a wide range of automotive body repairs, including panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening.- Diagnose and troubleshoot body and frame issues to determine the most efficient and effective repair methods while following the manufactures repair procedures.- Utilize advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate and precise repairs.- Follow established repair procedures and safety protocols to maintain a high standard of quality.- Keep accurate records of repair procedures for the job performed.- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, including estimators, customer service representatives, and painters, to provide outstanding customer service.Requirements:- Proven experience as a body shop technician, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.- Proficient in automotive body repair techniques and skilled in using industry-standard tools and equipment.- Extensive knowledge of different vehicle makes and models, with a strong understanding of automotive anatomy and structure- Solid understanding of collision repair processes, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair complex body issues.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere.- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to interact with team members.Voss Collision Centre94 Loops Rd, Centerville OH
