EPIC experience required PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Adult/Pedi ER, Ambulance Triage, ED Holding, Lobby Triage 10% pedi volume - preferred exp Psych, CHF, MI, Stroke, trauma, chronic morbidities, stroke, stemi, trauma CNA - 1 yr acute care exp - Aya Offer call out if no ER/ Urgent care exp. SPECIAL PROCEDURES: Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, Trach care Procedure Sedation, RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs Blood/Blood Products Administration/ mass transfusion TPA Cardioversion / Defibrillation Obtain 12 Lead EKG Rapid Infuser Tele Interpretation Drains, Feeding Tubes PICC/Central Lines;Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care Syringe Pumps, Triple Lumen Catheter, Wound Vac SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: The facility provides free lyft rides in the event they have to float. Zero out of pocket expense if they need to float. However, the Edmonds campus rarely floats ( PER MANAGER ) Campus they would float too if needed it is NOT a float position it is as needed , floating PRN Downtown campuses : First Hill, Cherry Hill , Ballard ( all within 10 mins or less ) Issaquah & Edmonds ( 30 mins from downtown Seattle ) 10.12.22 per LB STAFFING RATIO-1:4 FLOAT: yes, Float to other units and campuses if needed & all campues within 30 mile radius or less. Rarely floated weekend coverage: every other weekend
