Dr. Fox and the Leadership team are dedicated to seeking waterfront properties in need of capital and direction.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Sous Chef at Yesterday's Creekside Tavern in Marmora, NJ. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating and executing menu items, managing food quality and safety standards, and leading kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.QualificationsCulinary Arts, Food Safety, and Menu Planning skillsExperience in kitchen management and staff supervisionCreativity in developing and executing menu itemsKnowledge of local and seasonal ingredientsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressureAttention to detail and organizational skillsPrevious experience in high-volume dining establishments is a plus
