Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales required Previous client interaction in an office environment Intermediate to advanced computer skills Licensing required: Series 7, Life and Health, Series 65 or CFP This position requires that you possess the following skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality Excellent communication; both verbal and written Self-directed initiative Process driven Strong follow-through Responsibilities: Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service you will: Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans Conduct client review meetings to review their current portfolio and find additional opportunities to enhance their retirement plan Review and recommend changes as necessary for annuities, managed money, life insurance and long-term care Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships Assist lead Advisor with meeting individual and team goals Maintain database programs Respond to client inquiries as needed Opening, closing, and transferring of accounts Generate and provide various reports to Advisor Process transactions Follow-up as necessary with vendor companies and clients Assist Advisor with pre-appointment preparation Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers, or amendments Annual Salary $75,000-$90,000 + Commissions Benefits PTO Paid holidays 401(k) with Match Flex time Dental, Health, Vision & Life Insurance after 60 Days Hours Within Core Business Hours (8:30am-5:30pm) Some evenings required for client events Presented by Advisor Employee Services Thank you for your interest in the Service Advisor role.
