This client is looking for someone with 10+ years of human resources experience, leadership experience, and strong collaboration and relationship building skills. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the daily human resources functions. Lead recruitment of new and open positions including interviewing, selection and preparation of offers. Develop a performance-based culture focused on measurable objectives, developing staff, and accountability. Drive leadership team accountability. Administer employee benefits programs including changes in coverage, enrollment, reconciles, etc. Prepare regular analysis of employee compensation. Coordinate employee on-boarding process. Including job training, background checks, and paperwork. Conduct employee post hire interviews. Participate in employee transitions including termination, voluntary separations and exit interviews. Represent the company in unemployment insurance matters. Maintain employee records. Ensure labor laws, local, state and federal government requirements are adhered to. Other projects as needed. The Human Resources Manager will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in human resources or closely related field. 10+ years of HR experience required. Experience managing and leading teams. Ability to proactively identify trends, risk and opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
